Es ist wirklich schwer jemanden von Microsoft an die Strippe zu bekommen. Ich habe mir mal den Spaß gemacht, und alle Auswahlmöglichkeiten durchprobiert, bei denen die Telefon-Option überhaupt angegeben wird.

Diese sind:

Konto & Profil -> "Ich benötige ein Microsoft Konto", "Ich habe meinen Benutzernamen oder…", "Ich mus meinen Benutzernamen/Email…", "Ich muss mein Konto schließen", "Ich möchte mein Profil anpassen", "Ich möchte meinen Gamertag ändern"

Abonnements & Abrechnung -> Alle außer "Angebote, Preise Verfügbarkeit"

Hardware & Netzwerk -> "Einrichten des Netzwerks"

Familie & Onlineschutz -> "Hilfe beim Jugendschutz", "Konto schützen"

Freunde & Social Media -> "Problem mit Erfolgen", "Multiplayer nicht teilnehmen / hosten"

Bei allen anderen Kombinationen gibt es nur den Chat oder keine Kontaktmöglichkeiten.

Um ganz ehrlich zu sein, ist der Aufbau der Seite eine Katastrophe.

Ich habe dann auch im Nachhinein "irgendwo" gelesen, dass ich keinen Karton einsenden brauch.

Aber da hier alles verschachtelt ist, steht auch auf der ersten Seite, dass ich gerne jemanden telefonisch oder per Chat kontaktieren kann.

Aber es stehen keine Kontakt Daten da. Und egal was ich bisher auswähle, bekomme ich die Information, dass der Chat nicht verfügbar ist und ich das Forum konsultieren darf.

Bekomme also auch keine Telefonnummer.

Warum macht es mir Microsoft so schwer irgendjemanden zu erreichen? Echt nervig.

Also auf der Xbox Webseite findet Du telefonische Kontaktdaten sowie den Chat.

Aber wie schon gesagt wurde, es wird ganz klar kommuniziert dass man nur das Gerät, ohne Zubehör oder sonstige Original Material einsenden soll.

Gibt zwar Ausnahmen aber das kommunizieren die Hersteller bzw Servicepartner dann ganz klar.

The email confirmation for your service order request contains packing and shipping instructions, and it should be written that you should only ship the console and keep everything else. If you create a service order, the team responsible for fixing the
console does not need any of the accessories like cables.

I recommend speaking with a live agent in your region to see what your options are for getting those items replaced:

1. https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Select "Subscriptions & billing" in the first drop-down and then "I can't redeem a code" in the second drop-down
4. If you are not logged in, you will be prompted to log in to your Microsoft Account at this point.
5. Once logged in, scroll down in the window to Other options and select Request a Call.
6. You can add additional information at this point if you'd like and then select Request call
7. A new window will open for you to enter your Country/region and your best contact number, then select Confirm and you'll be placed in a queue to receive a call back from Customer Support
