Xbox, you have made me very dissapointed.

I cant play games...... Why? Because for no reason my xbox says that i need to connect to xbox live to even change some settings or surf on youtube. I cant even play games where i dont need live because it says that it cant connect. When i go to settings
and press connection settings and everything (network settings etc) it says that everything works perfect but in acctuality it doesnt. The strangemthing about this is that i can play games normaly with tye other accounts on my xbox. They dont hav ethis problem.
Believe me when i say ive tried most things. Ive checked if im suspended/kicked out/violated any of xboxs' rules, and i havent. It just doesnt work.......

As soon as i start the xbox, it automaticly logs in to my account. But, u see, instead of having all those options at the top (community, store etc) it only gives me the option home (the first side that popps up when u start ur xbox). Instead of having many
windows on the right side, such as for example pre-order watch dogs 2 or fifa u know, it only says connect to xbox live

Ive only had my console for 5 months, and this issue has been here for 1 month. Ive missed out many things, for example i had a couple of days on my live that i couldnt use, i missed out on game sales, new games, team of the season packs on fifa etc. if
someone recognises the problem plzz help me, because i hevnt gotten any help from xbox them self and it really angers me. I have mever had any problem like this woth playstation. But i felt i wanted to try something new with xbox. I admitt i think xbox is
much better than playstation, but if this stupid problem isnt solved, ill never ever recomend or use any product made by microsoft, which is really unfortunate cuz i prefered xbox than all other gaming consoles.

SingCongButas I fully understand that the support teams hands are tied, all I`m saying is that someone at Microsoft could quite easily give us access back to our account, I can gain access to my bank for less security LOL

Hi, have you tried signing out of your account on the Xbox and then signing back in again ?

The account that you used to post on the forums has silver text indicating you do not has Xbox live if you can clarify that this isn't your main account that will be great thanks.

Lets clear you alternate MAC address Settings - Network - Advanced Settings - Alternate MAC Address - clear once you do that you'll be prompt to restart the console please do so if it worked then you should be able to connect to Xbox live. Another thing
you could try is removing your profile and re-adding it back to the console.

this is a very simple issue that would have been solved even earlier. I suggest you to remove the account from your console, clear the console cache and download your account again. Follow the step by step instructions:

a)To remove the account from xbox live console:

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Under "Account," select Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove.

Select Remove to confirm.

When you're finished, select Close.

b) To clear cache on an Xbox One:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

Plug the power cable back into the console.

Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

Turn on the console using the power button.

c)To download your Xbox profile to the Xbox One console:

1. Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.

2. Scroll down, and then select Add & manage.

3. Select Add new.

4. Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that's associated with your Xbox profile, and then select Enter.

5. Enter the password for your Microsoft account, and then select Enter.

6. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and then select I Accept.

7. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences and download your Xbox profile to your Xbox One console.

Usually you register a console when you buy it unless you created it on the web then your out of luck

No there is pii conditions that you must meet

And only the creator would know it and that's why they don't tell you what you got wrong

Conditions like payment options on file

Achievements and dates

Original name on the account

Everything has to be exact and extras information actually kinda make up for the mistakes

And yes I have helped people recover accounts

They don't allow or let you know which one you got wrong to block attempts at phishing accounts that's how accounts get.stolen

Sorry to hear it. If you call them back and tell them you have forgotten the email address they should be able to ask you a few account specific questions to verify ownership. If that doesn't work then ask to have the issue escalated.

When you do get the account back be sure to add an alternate email address and/or cell number for future verification issues. I would recommend yours if possible. That way if anything happens in the future you're covered.
