    You state the service is working again.

    Yet I constantly keep getting disconnected and reconnected every five seconds or so.

    Your current discounts for games is useless since I can't download anything.

    Everything was working perfectly fine until today.

    I've hard reset a few times and switched connections and yet these problems still persist.

    I really don't understand a person that would boldy lie in front of someone they're not stealing while also stealing at the same time.

    Just because it reads "ALL GOOD" within the facility.

    Logically does not in any way mean it's fixed everywhere else.

    Microsoft is pretty good about giving refunds, except in the case of DLC. DLC is not eligible for refunds, so if that's what was fraudulently purchased, you need to contact your bank immediately.

    If you're lying about this person because of childishness, stop here. Criminal charges can result for lying about fraud too.

    Banks take fraud very seriously, and you need to report it as soon as possible. They will likely have to issue you a new card, but it will prevent this person from making further purchases. They'll liaise with Microsoft and appropriate authorities. You
