Do not act in any manner that infringes privacy or intellectual property rights;

Yes they have rules, but like I said I have use the same language as on xbox and never been banned/suspended. But everytime someone was telling me to harm myself or kill myself, I have report them and have receive a notifications in the following days that
an action was taken.

So it's either people on xbox are less tolerating and report faster than on ps4, or it's the team in charge of suspension that take thing too seriously

18+ in a game only means you have to be 18 to purchase the game has nothing to do with playing the game itself.

Not all games are made by Microsoft so not all games with the swear words in it are made by Microsoft.

This is the problem is that society wants to blame other people for their mistakes of purchasing these types of games for their kids and not doing their research on the games themselves and telling their kids no they cant have the game.

FYI, Playstation has the same rules.

on xbox its total political correctness on ps4 they have forums for adults even were you can share pics of sexy women or men (adults only) so dont try and act like its the same they are very different and also they dont ban you because of one complaint or
two because sony knows a lot of it is just lies made by people who just got beat in game so they look into it ,xbox is run by a computer that get a complaint you get flagged on spot and message.

ps4 is miles ahead and not only there they have over 139 console exclusives now over xbox and great games like injustice, nearly all final fantasy games Xbox has two out 7 that are out and worse now kingdom hearts 3 , FF remake spider man game , death stranding,god
of war,last of us2, days gone , Detroit ,so much more coming out this year and on xbox we have crackdown thats all thats left from xbox .

also they treat there gamers as adults we can take screen shots of our screen anything not just in game like on xbox then we send it to others or share it in forums on ps4 or post it on facebook or twitter so they kill xbox in community part also and as
i said game diversity xbox has none at all its why most 3rd party games are only switch or ps4 that are coming because xbox wont get us Rpgs or Asian style games . so please dont act like because they say the same thing in writing that they are the same in
how they run system and how they act and treat players. there is a reason one system is 6 to 1 in sales and month of dec in 13 countries the x was out sold by the vita this is all adds up and another gamer who leaves is how xbox is nearly dead in all countries
and every last gamer counts now because sony owns world only place xbox has any sales is in England and US even here in Canada its sad to see xbox is pushed back to corner of death in most stores and there section of games is tiny ps4 section is 6 times the
size at eb games in BC.

I love gaming and have been with xbox since first console day one and even now with how they are i still have one original , one xbox s and 1 xbox X and i have over 240 games so i have put in more money and supported them more then
most gamers will dream of so i am not going to act like this is great when every month its getting worse and i say this because i love xbox and this BS needs to stop before the turn into sega
