    Xbox years not showing?!?


    I’ve been on Xbox for about 10 years now. Before, the years on my account would show up no problem. Now it doesn’t show up at all. I recently had an issue with a game and got recommended to use the “Reset Console- Keep Games & Apps” method so I’m curious if that’s why? I’m concerned and would like some light on the situation since it feels really weird to go on my account and see nothing at all. Also I haven’t cancelled my gold membership and it still says I’m a member when I go on the Xbox App

If you had a problem with a game, you really need to reset your Xbox One to solve the problem, keeping the games prevents you from having to download the game again on your console. You said you can't see anything from your account, you can't see any games you've had as long as they're Xbox One compatible in your library?

    My years on Xbox isn't showing

    Just to add that you are not alone. My badge disappeared a few weeks ago and has not come back. I think it has broken somewhere in the back-end and stopped counting as my 360 profile still shows tenure but stuck at 19.

    I was a member of the Xbox Live beta and have had no breaks in tenure either, with my current subscription not expiring until Nov 2023.

    I got a question guys, prior to 08/01/11 I have had 6 years consecutive with "gold" status. So I get autodrafted like normal and the 7 is not showing up on the profile screen. Any ideas on that?
