Yes, I received it back with the checklist stating everything has been tested from their end. I question its thoroughness given it came back with the same error. They should have loaded a copy of Modern Warfare II on it to see the issue. I believe its something with the graphics card. we have another Series X and a Series S that haven't experienced any issues.

It has to be a console error.

-It happens on every TV we have with this specific console

-It happens on every cord we have tried

-It doesn't happen on the other consoles
