    xbox xbox one (death) screen stuck


    haven’t happened in a while. i basically moved my xbox to another house, didn’t get my own cables so i plugged different ones, brought it back to mine and plugged the cables that i’ve had before. now that death screen won’t go i’ve tried everything. the only thing that makes sense is the failed update that’s been going around since last week, all my friends have it except me. idk what to do

    im also having this problem today my xbox one s has been getting stuck on the green screen of death and when it boots up the dash freezes all the time and my games have been crashing a lot so i have decided to factory reset it and now im stuck on 50% preparing

    I had the same problem. They had me try a manual update and that didn't work either so they are sending me a new console. I found some information online if you search "Green screen of death" meaning you get stuck at the xbox one screen or earlier.
