    I have seen on auctions Xbox one with gold account that contains games that were bought by previous owner. I have heard that selling accounts with games is illegal and it can be banned, but what if someone sell xbox with account that is linked to this xbox?

    As long as the primary account have xbox live gold all other accounts get xbox live as well

    If that is the case who gets to use their gold account on other machines? They've clearly said that. Just like now, your live subscription follows you to whatever Xbox console you use. So who on that original console can take their account to another console?

    I understand. But what if move out to other country or If I change paying methods. I can get ban. But how they can know that it is still me? I will be banned for no reason and what I have seen this is a big problem because support contact work terribly...

    They will not only ban the account, they will ban the console.

    You will get caught, you will get banned.

    You can change locations, change payment methods and even update the email for your account, but buying or selling an Xbox Live account is strictly against the terms of service and will get the account permanently banned. I'm not sure if that offense can
    get the entire Xbox banned, but it is possible.
