Xbox x Wont start up.

I was playing Fortnite campaign on my Xbox x then it froze and screen went black then my Xbox x turned off. I turn my Xbox x on again after the freeze then when it shows the Xbox logo with the green background it was glitching showing weird colors
I repeated this four times same effect. I unplugged my Xbox x after turning it off waiting 30 mins then replugged it in again. It shows (Something went wrong) two options Restart Xbox or Troubleshoot also long Error code E200 0000007E 000000. I have tried
all the steps when selecting Troubleshoot (Restart Xbox, Reset this Xbox, Offline System update) Reset Xbox does nothing. Selecting Reset this Xbox to factory settings theirs two more options (Restore and keep games) I selected that one and it says something
system error and new code E200 00000050 000000 then will just turn off right away. I tried earse all content including account game ect.. then it will get stuck at 50% forever or just restore back to system error……….

Xbox won't startup. Dc adapter is fine, looks like motherboard problem. No video, no sounds...

 

My Xbox One X wont start up !!!

OMG, just after four lovely days of enjoying my new Xbox One X. It;s not starting up again, when i press the start button it's lites up en after a few seconds its shuts down again. I went to GameMania Arnhem center and they are going to report it @ Microsoft
service nl. I hope i get a new Xbox One X very soon back or a New One. My

Sorry for the issue with the error codes. Being you tried the reset both ways, we suggest doing the

Offline Update. You will need a USB drive. Please let us know how it goes.

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. If I'm understanding you correctly, you're attempting an Offline System update as recommended by Brad, but when you have the USB inserted in the console and the troubleshooting area up on your screen, you cannot
select the option to perform the offline system update. Since this is the case and you've been unable to perform a factory reset of the console or the offline system update, you may wish to go ahead and set up a repair for your console in order to correct
the start up error. You've got a couple of choices in how you'd like to set up a repair:

• Contact a Microsoft store near you,
• To submit a repair request yourself online, visit Device Support,
• Request a callback from Xbox Support.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
no thanks,pick the category(Games)and just pick a contact method
(request a call from support or Chat is faster).



I hope this helps a bit more and please let us know the results.

 

Cant even select the offline update..

Thanks again for replying so swiftly. Please ensure that you are following the offline system update steps correctly. Ensure that you have obtained the Offline System Update file (OSU1) on a Windows based PC and extracted it on the PC then moved the extracted
file to the USB drive that has been previously reformatted to NTFS as described in the steps provided to you previously by Brad.

Once the file is on the USB, the troubleshooting screen is up on your console and you've placed the USB into one of the console's USB ports, the Offline System Update option becomes active and available for selection. If you are still unable to make that
selection, then you would need to follow up with the repair options that are contained within my previous post.

I hope this gives you more clarity and helps out. Please keep us up to date with the results.

If the offline system update doesn't do the trick then the best bet would be a repair since the console is experiencing OS failure. As suggested by fellow XBF Amber M:

• Contact a Microsoft store near you,
• To submit a repair request yourself online, visit Device Support,
• Request a callback from Xbox Support.
