Xbox X stuttering/Lag

Any one else having issues with their Xbox x on some multiplayer games? I have major stuttering/lag issues on WW11 and ESO. I have no issues with my internet and these games run fine when i switch to my Xbox one. Xbox X default? Or a problem with the HDR
on these games?

Xbox One X Stuttering Lag

Currently during games of both Call of Duty WW2 and Overwatch, I will get a lag freeze for about a second then get constant stuttering lag until I hard reset my Xbox One X. My character will be fine but all other character and environment models have about
.5 FPS. This has never happened before with my Day One Xbox One. Ive tried resetting my router, xbox, games and am unsure what is going on.

I have some issues with game stuttering but for me the thing that is annoying is the dashboard lag. Sometimes when navigating through the regular home menu, my dpad button presses do nothing, as if the whole system is frozen, then 2 to 3 seconds later,
it rapid fires whatever I had pressed while it was frozen. It does this in the games and apps list also. It does this freezing every day, certain times it's smooth but mostly, chunky stuck frozen. The icons for my games in the games and apps list redraw slow
most of the time. I don't know what's going on but I thought 531 bucks they would iron out this dashboad stutter. Just unimpressed at the moment. Games look good though. I am not sure if my internet connection has anything to do with it but unplugged my gigabit
fios, seems to make the dashboard stutter go away. There is a xbox rep named mikester01 on the xbox subreddit, if you give him your serial number to your console, he can look into this issue. I just hate this **** dashboard lag. Anyone else?

 

I have been having the same problem. Got the launch day Scorpio Edition and all my internet stats are fine, 100% signal, 100mbps download, 0% packet loss. But in every multiplayer game, from COD WW2 to BF1 I severely stutter and
rubberband in game. Would really like a response from Microsoft...

 

I have the same issues when playing multiplayer games - Xbox support are useless and do not offer much help!

 

I am on my second Xbox One X because of this. My Xbox One works fine with all games. If I plug in the X every game I have is stuttering and lagging.

Have you found any fixes for this yet?

 

Same here, try this on the my game menu, move from one selection to the next. This simple action lags, then for sure in a game we are experiencing issues.

 

Yeah, I've experienced it too. I especially notice it on PUBG where I'll have these 2-3 sec or longer pauses where the screen darkens and it says "network lag detected" but will usually go away and resolve itself. I usually experience
this 1-2 times per match. I went back and hooked up my original launch xbox one just to test things out and never experienced this on the older console. I also notice random "lag spikes" in other games such as COD WW2 and Battlefront 2. I've tried adjusting
all of my network settings, opening ports, checking to make sure I have an open NAT, etc... and nothing fixes this issue. I'm really beginning to think this is an issue with xbox one x and hopefully will/can be corrected in a future firmware update. Oh and
btw, I am using a wireless connection. I plan to move things around so I can try things on a wired connection to see if the issue persists.

 

I am having this same issue when I play Madden 18 and it is so annoying. I am past my return date, or I would take it back to the store. I hope MS has a fix for this issue.
