    Xbox X shuts down when I play Minecraft


    Hi when I play minecraft on xbox one X. Every few mins the game will stutter,freeze then the console will shut down.

    Only happens on Minecraft.(1.12.1)

    I was on the beta programme but removed it and the console from it few weeks back.

    I have hard reset the console a few times

    Uninstalled and reinstalled the game a couple of times.

    Cleared the Cache.

    Tried a different world to see if the one I'm one is corrupt etc.

    No luck. This is driving me mad

    Anyone help.?

    The only thing i could think of is to try a factory reset after you tried All the other things. Maybe that helps. There is an option to keep your games and apps.

    Just tried my sons account on my xbox and as soon as I loaded up a map it did the same thing

    Do you get any error messages when that happens?
    No. Nothing just stutters in game. Freezes for a split second then shuts down console.
