Unfortunately, the only option to fix this error is to uninstall the game that is experiencing the problem and then perform a factory reset while choosing the option to keep the rest of the installed games and applications. Once the factory reset is complete and your console is set up again, download the game that was having the problem again, and it should work correctly.

I am having the same issue and same error code (80151912) when I'm running the Xbox 360 emulator on my Xbox series X.

I can sign into Xbox live on my Xbox series x but not on the emulator running the Xbox 360.
