    Had my xbox repaired months ago now i get the same problem where games become unplayable after crashing wont start only shows the start screen and its just a bad experience to download these games almost 300 gb which takes weeks only for them to slowly
    break and become unplayable again ive tried everything factory reset clearing saved games cache anything i could find on the support page didnt help. And heres the best part my warranty is out so i would have to pay 229 dollars!!! To get it replaced or repaired
    by this time im wondering what they even repair because from everywhere i read and watch they dont tell you what they repaired so it makes it hard for the community to fix but sadly most xbox like mine will just never work

    Did the update it applyed but got stuck on verifying at 1% error popped up and reset the xbox followed all steps on support now im gonna redownload these games for the 1636485x by the time they finish next week lol ill let you know if it fixed it but its
    not looking good:(

    Hey Downtilt,

    Thank you for reaching out. I see you have tried most of the troubleshooting already, as well as sent the console in for repair. Apart from a new service order, you could try performing an

    offline system update.     You will need a Windows based PC and a USB flashdrive to download the update on to. Let us know if this helps or if you have tried it already. Cheers! :D
