Xbox X is showing online unknown

Please, try clearing your MAC address.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system, then Settings.

In the General tab, select Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear.

Restart your console. Press and hold the Xbox button in the center of your controller to open the Power Center.

Select Restart console and then select Restart.

(If the console appears to be frozen, press and hold the Xbox button on the console for 10 seconds, until the console turns off. After the console shuts down, touch the Xbox button on the console again to restart.)

Sign in to your console.

I deteled the corrupted files. I chatted with xbox support online and i did an update and the profiles did not come back. The game is still in the hard drive and it shows the save games from my xbox live profile and it shows unknown profiles which i believe
to be the ones that are missing. Not sure what else to do or how to retrieve the missing profiles.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you are having connection issues. It seems to be a connection issue. We recommend trying to reboot your network hardware. Also try a wireless connection to see if connects that way. Let us know how it goes.

I'm also receiving the issue... My friends list shows none online, but I know done are on as they are posting to the activity feed. Also, when attempting to access the achievement leaderboard I get the following error code 0x87c4000f, this code is not in
the database of error codes and is unknown. When I check the Xbox live service status on Xbox.com it shows everything is fine.
