XBOX "X" games continue to crash

Assistance Please,

When using my XBOX "X", playing any games the console continues to crash and or game kick. I have completed the following troubleshooting steps;

1. Logged out/in of profile

2. Restarted Console

3. Removed and reinstalled games

4. Factory wiped console

5. Cleared internal storage

6. Moved from external to internal storage

7. Reset MAC address

8. Swapped outlets the box was plugged into (Possible Power issue)

9. Cleaned fan intakes to verify no heating issues (Console has not overheated)

This is and occurring issue with all my games. Please advise if there is any steps I might have missed.

My game also keeps crashing and turns off my xbox one x. I have tried all fixes and it continues to reboot.

Game crashes when i “press a to continue” at the very start. Xbox one X. I have restarted. I have reinstalled. I own it through game pass. No error. Music keeps playing. Animation stops and cant do anything.

Hi Banajsnfkfke, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Since you have already performed a power cycle on the console, the next step will be resetting the console keeping games and apps. Don't worry because as long as your brother's console is connected to Xbox Live his or other account's saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of the accounts but you or your brother can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Also, if that didn't work, can I have the error code that you have mentioned?
