Xbox X conection

Discus and support Xbox X conection in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just got the Xbox X last night. I set it up logged it into my WiFi it was fine till know.     I just got the Xbox X last night. I set it up logged it into my WiFi it was fine till know. I lost my connection to live and know it says it can't connect. Everything in my house can connect Sept for my console.

    i can connect to the internet but not xbox live servers

    when it is testing the conection to xbox live it moves 1/3 then errors out with

    w: 0000 - 0021

    x: 0000 - f001

    y: 0002 - 03c0

    z: 0000 - 0000

    id: 0006 - 0000

    Hey there Wantinglemur!

    Try Recover Gamertag. On your console, Sign out all of your accounts. Press Guide button on your controller. Go to
    Recover Gamertag and follow the instructions.

    Xbox live

    There is no issue on live status page. Have you checked your internet conection. If not, hold x button on console for 10 sec until power down. Unplug power cord for 1 minute. Plug it in. Start xbox.
