    My son has now has both the disc version of cold war and the digital download, he played them both once, after the disc failed i paid another £50 for the digital download, he has played it once yesterday for his birthday now it wont start at all. I have now paid over £100 for him to play this stupid game twice does anyone know what he is doing wrong please

    Hi!

    Maybe you have the Xbox One version of COD Cold War and you see that message because the Xbox One version cannot be upgraded to Xbox Series X. You can find more informations about COD Cold War editions here:
