    Xbox won't work


    I really need some help my Xbox has been perfectly fine since last night and it hasn't worked since. When I turn on my Xbox it won't turn of unless I hold the power button and the worse think is I can't reset it to factory because my screen will never connect
    to my Xbox and I know it's not my HDMI because I've tried 10 different ones. Please help as soon as possible

    I downloaded call of duty but when I load it up it does not let me play when I click multiplayer or zombies I need help.

    The Xbox has turned on but it's on the 'Xbox one' green loading screen and it's not moved from there in a while. I had it on yesterday and it was fine for a certain time then it just froze the screen, I could still hear the audio but no movement on the
    screen then it crashed and turned off, what do you suggest?

    Thanks for getting back to us. Now, since you have the original Xbox One I would recommend to go over the article provided above by
    XBF Amber "Troubleshoot Xbox One unexpectedly turning off" Also,
    for further help with the original Xbox One console, see the Xbox One Power Supply Solution.

    If your console still will not turn on, it will need to be serviced. To request service, sign in to the
    Device Support page with your Microsoft account credentials and submit a service order.
