Xbox won't work while connected to internet

I began having issues with updates and games/apps not launching a few months ago. Usually a reset would fix. Now all games won't work while connected to the internet. The usual error is 'this game needs an update but we can't get it'

Also when searching for game updates it won't load anything, just the spinning circle.

Fixes i have tried;

• ALL options for this issue on the xbox help pages

• resetting Internet

• Replaced xbox with new one, issue still remains

I've also made sure there are no other devices using that channel of my wireless

Also is note is the old xbox works with no drama at my brothers house

The same thing is happening to me but the xbox just reset itself and now I gotta find my old accounts and I cant even contact Microsoft since this new support stuff is dumb

My internet in the house works fine on everything except my xbox, it won't connect to the internet i have tried everything on the site, could it be that my xbox is broken? it picks up the network I'm trying to connect but won't connect

The Xbox is connect to the network, and the network is connected to the internet, but the internet won't connect to Xbox Live. I have tried both the USB and the CD/DVD but neither of them are working

Exactly the same problem. I can connect to the internet but my internet won't connect to xbox live. Already tried suggestions but they haven't worked. Using NetConnect.

I cannot get signed on to Xbox live at all. It just keeps directing me to my settings, my internet works, I am connected to the internet but it won't connect with xbox live
