Xbox won't update

So my Xbox has an update that needs to be done in which I tried, turning the Xbox on and off, testing the connection, unplugging and plugging the xbox in again and restarting my router and with no success. going to try and set it to factory default and see
if that works but I'm wondering, should I just send it out for repairs or is this a problem that is happening to more than just me?

microsoft need to sort it out, they should make another update that sorts it out.

It's happening to me too. I'm guessing you're a preview member as well? Factory reset didn't fix it so I'm assuming the issue is on Microsoft's end.

 

Same thing here, been trying to get it to go through for awhile now. Ihope they fix it soon i'm also a preview member.

 

Yup I'm a preview member and if that turns out to be the problem perhaps I will try deleting the preview and run the Xbox through a power cycle. If it works I'll give you guys a heads up tomorrow.

The link is valid but it appears you don't have access to the Preview support forums, which should have happened upon your acceptance into the program. Hang tight and wait for an Xbox Support member to chime in and they should be able to grant you access
to the forums.

 

Link isn't working for me as well. I am a preview member and I am having the same issue with the update not downloading

 

yup same issue on my end trying the manual update from my pc now will come back if i get any results

 

I am also preview member and having the same problem, hopefully they address this matter soon!

If you guys aren't able to access the preview forums, please hold on and a support agent will either come in to help, or give you access to the preview forums where you can receive the relevant help. Part of the Preview Program is for us to discover these
bugs and report them in, but if it is a bug thats been found I'm sure the crew will be working hard on getting it sorted

Thought I would update everyone as for some reason my Xbox is now working fine and is not asking for a update. If you're Xbox is giving you trouble still try waiting it out a bit. It might just fix itself.
