hi could anybody help me with the offline system update? my system gets stuck on 33% update and 72% overall and then just stops before going back to system error.

Are you in the XBox Insider Program? If so, you need to unenroll from the program prior to using OSU's.

As stated in this XBox Insiders Wiki OSU's CAN'T be used if your console is a Insider OS build.

Have you downloaded the latest update for your XBOX via a PC? I presume so... If so,

THIS will be the next step to follow.

That's not good at all. Most things say to remove profile, update console, etc. Not being able to connect properly makes this difficult. Contact the Hotel IT dept and see if there's something they can do to help. If not you may be stuck either trying
an offline update or a hotspot via your cell if possible.
