xbox wont update might be internal damage

hello my name is Jordan. I just bought an xbox one x black console and have had it for 1 month 2 weeks it was working fine with games but now it wont let me update it. it is stuck on trouble shooting page, I have tried for 2 weeks now to update it using
all three osu1-2-3 updates wont work I tried using my computer to update it that doesn't work so my question is how do I send it in for repair

Hi Jordan. You can go to this link here https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/register-your-product and
check the warranty. If the Xbox is still in warranty which it should be if you purchased it new. If you purchased it used there is a chance it is not. But I would check at the link I sent you. If the warranty is still good Microsoft should be able to do something
hopefully.

Did your console get wet somehow? Maybe something on the internals got damaged? you might need to file a claim send it in.

Maybe your console fell of someplace higher on a hard ground and some of its internal parts might be damaged maybe thats why the this type of problem occurs.

I looked inside it and found dirt. How do I clean internal parts without damaging them?

If this doesn't work, I might need a repair.

Adding to VeryTired1's post, you might have the Xbox logo in the middle but the seal could have been corrupted or took internal damage from it being sealed up for about a week through the mail. The heat might have been the reason that your disc couldn't
be read.
