Xbox wont turn on.

Discus and support Xbox wont turn on. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Turn it on goes immediately from white to orange. Changed bricks twice. Tried some of the other ideas.     Xbox wont turn on.


    Turn it on goes immediately from white to orange. Changed bricks twice. Tried some of the other ideas. No surge protector, different outlets, turning it on from controller. Nothing changes.

    I was using my Xbox slim when it just shutoff and then I started smelling smoke then I started to unplug things then I plugged everything in different plugins and it would not turn on. so I used my brothers power cord to see if that would work it did not
    then I tried to use my turtle beach headset on my brothers Xbox and it started to over heat after a couple of seconds this is the first time this has happened to me. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone and if there is anything I can do to fix my
    Xbox.

    Hey there Scotty,

    Is this an Xbox One or an Xbox 360? Sounds like the console might be having an issue if you've tried different power supplies. Have you been able to test with a power supply that you know is 100% functional, such as one that's been connected to a working
    console? Let us know!

    Have tried that. Also tried plugging xbox into different outlets. The usb for my wireless headset turns on but the xbox wont turn on. There seems to be power going to the usb ports but again, the xbox wont power on.

    One thing to try is to plug the Xbox directly into a wall outlet. Some people who initially had their system connected to a power strip or surge protector found that this actually fixed their problem.

    Yeah I already looked into that and because I've had it for more then a year its out of warranty and is gonna cost me $115 to have it done. :(
