Xbox wont turn on at all

I had to move my xbox today so i moved it into another room but then i moved it back after everything was sorted out but now my xbox wont turn on even though it was working perfectly fine (i had plugged it in in another room) the power brick LED's are just
orange and when i plug the power brick out the LED's stay lit up for nearly a minute and my xbox when ever i try turn it on makes a quieter start up sound and when left alone it'll start beeping (ive had it go 1 beep then around half an hour later beep another
5 times and so on..) ive tried plugging out leaving for 10 secs and then plugging back in everything but it hasnt worked at all

Is there anyway to fix this problem? if not, will i have to buy a replacement power brick or a new console all together?

Im actually still having this issue on my xbox elite. After a period in idle (usually 24hrs) my controller and xbox IR remote wont turn on the console. I have to turn it on at the console. Once turned on my remote and controller may work in menus and other
times it wont at all. Only a powercycle fixes it. Any ideas?

VulkanX I think there is an option in the setup to turn off where the kinect wont mess with your TV at all and you can still use the XBOX on command to turn it on.

done that it all happend when i dashboarded and turned xbox off when it was black sreen and now it wont work
