    Xbox won't turn on and won't play the full booting up sound


    We had a bad storm yesterday and I woke up to find the Xbox not able to turn on. I press the power button and hear a small beep or click like the startup sound is trying to play but can't. I also can't eject the disk. I've tried unplugging it, the power
    box, hardrive, router. I've basically tried everything it says when you look this up

    Well, that sounds a bit frustrating. I would try to contact Customer Service and see if they can help you figure out what's going on.

    Can you please power down the Xbox 360 console remove the power cables from the console and the wall outlet for two minutes to allow the console to fully reset. After this connect everything back on and attempt to power up the console. If the console still
    does not fully power on please disconnect any accessories and hard drives connected to the console then try power up the console again.

    Also my power brick is fine and nothing is wrong with it
    you know that nothing is wrong with my Xbox 360 power. The problem is it doesn't boot up
