    Xbox won’t turn on: advice needed


    I have not used my Xbox in months but have tried doing so in the last day or two. It has been sat in my room on the floor for months (without damage). Despite multiple attempts using different power supplies, cleaning / dusting both the Xbox and it’s power bank, still the power will not come on. Any suggestions as to fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated!

    Amazon won’t refund.

    What you’ve suggested they’ve tried.

    Seems we need legal advice.

    Xbox turns on then turns off. Tried resetting 4 times now the fan is loud

    Thank you for advice . I’ve now managed to install ark but it the old version, had to install off line . Put Xbox 1 back online to do update and it won’t it won’t update .

    Xbox One won’t accept my MAC address

    I tried doing a hard reset and it did not work. I’ve tried restarting both router and Xbox numerous times. Any network setting I try to set manually won’t go through. The MAC address won’t restart after it’s entered. The IP addresses won’t go to the next screen after entering the Gateway IP. What is left to try?

    Update:

    Now my Xbox won’t turn on. I hit the button, it’s lights up and it makes the noise but immediately turns off. I had to unplug the power source for it to turn back on.
