    Xbox wont turn off


    Unplugged the system to organize the messy cords and when plugged back in cant get it to connect in the same input and xbox wont load at all to be able to play. And when the light on xbox is on i cant turn it off unless i do the hard restart holding it
    for 10 seconds. When i turn it back on the same issue persists and nothing will load up. Any answers for this?

    Elite Series 2 controller not working properly.

    My xbox turns on but the thing is it wont connect to my tv or neither my controller, and when i try turning it off by the x button it wont turn off unless i disconnect it from the back or cord.

    Updates but doesn't progress!

    I'm having the same issue. Whenever my xbox turn off it wont turn off so that means no restarting to finish the update. even if i unplug and and get it to start then power it off myself it still wont turn on unless i unplug it and plug it back up
