    XBOX WON'T TURN OFF


    Hello. Last evening, I download NBA 2K20. I forgot to pause the download so all the night the game was downloaded. Today I open my xbox and I saw that the NBA 2K20 was on 38%. I paused it and i turn off the console. But my power adaptor was still white.
    And my tv said that the HDMI 2 was open.

    What can I do?

    Do you have the eco mode turned off? The xbox is designed to stay on in low power mode when the console is turned off. You have to go into the power settings and turn on eco mode which will power down the xbox fully when you turn it off.

    Sorry to hear it. If your console will not turn off then please hold the power button on it for 10 seconds till the console forces off. This should fix any minor issues with the console

    Unplug it or hold the power button down for 10 sec. If that doesn't work hold down the controler sync button power and disc eject while off to reset
