Xbox won't take any screenshots

    Xbox won't take any screenshots


    My xbox refuses to take screenshots or videos, it won't even give me the option to do so. I've tried factory resetting my xbox, and everything is set to "allow", so I'm struggling really hard. I don't have any past gameclips or screenshots and my xbox storage
    is NOT full. Anyone else having this problem that can help?

    Screenshots and recording

    I have the same problem but only since today. I already made some screenshots/game clips but since today it won't work anymore. All my settings are good though. I try'd to say ''Xbox take screenshot'' and to double-tap the Xbox button, and press Y or X, but
    also that won't work.

    Although xbox recognize the screenshot command and not giving any error or warning, i cannot take screenshot on fitness.

    What can be the problem?

    Is this issue you're seeing being unable to record clips or take screenshots happening in any game you try on your Xbox One console or just a particular game?

    Just to double-check, when you go to Settings>Preferences>Broadcast & capture, is "Allow broadcasts and game captures" toggled on?
