Xbox won't take action on a report I made even though there was no reason not to

I report multiple messages someone sent me where they are calling me (mod removed) or slow and each time xbox says that action cannot be taken, even a (mod removed) would know that they can take action and should

Ignore that " can't take any action message" as it's being sent out in error.

As long as you have reported this person then they will be investigated & the appropriate action taken.

Best to block this person if you haven't already so they can't send you any other messages.

Like you've done before, report one of the messages and explain more in the comment box. The enforcement team will investigate from there and take the appropriate action. You won't be told when they do though. So even though it seems as if nothing happens, it does.

As long as you reported them, the enforcement team will investigate and take the appropriate action. Investigations can take time though so it won't happen immediately.

You won't get in trouble for reporting it, even if it turns out to be legal. Microsoft will review your report and only take action if they believe it is illegal.

They do take action. As long as you reported them, they will investigate and take the appropriate action. Not all suspensions are issued immediately so even if they haven't been suspended yet, it doesn't mean they won't be.
