    Xbox won't sync with controller


    I need help my Xbox won't sync with my controller but I can turn on my Xbox manually and I have tried the whole turn off for 10 seconds and also remove the power socket and also my Xbox won't connect with my internet but I can connect with my internet with
    my phone and laptop

    Controller won't sync

    My xbox one s controller that I bought a few days ago won't connect to my xbox, it can connect fine wirelessly to my PC or phone but not to my xbox one. My original controller will still connect to my console. The new one works via USB and there are no updates
    available for it. Does anyone have any solutions?

    So my Xbox 360, I can turn it on and see it on my tv screen and everything..but the green light some times doesn't light up & my controller won't sync but my controller can turn on But even when the light turns on my controller still won't sync help?

    Hey KiddCray28! Once the console is on are controllers able to sync? What do you get when you select "test network connection" in the network settings section? Give

    these     steps a shot and see if they help resolve the network issue. Additionally, are you in the Insider Program at all? Post back and let me know!

    I have already tried that. When I try to sync it, nothing happens. Is there a certain way to sync it. I had my Xbox on and held both sync buttons. Does my controller have to be on? My controller won't stay on unless I hold the home button.

    If you are able to update it from your Xbox by connecting it from USB, try to connect it wirelessly to your PC.

    Have you tried to connect the controllers by USB?

    If your controller connects when using a USB cable but doesn't stay connected after removing the cable, reconnect the cable and see if there’s an update available for your controller:

    - Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    - Under Profile & system, select Settings.

    - Under Devices & connections, select Accessories.

    - On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select “…” to check the firmware version for your controller.

    - If it says there’s no update available, your controller is updated. If it says “Update,” follow the steps provided.

    Once your controller is updated, disconnect the USB cable and try connecting wirelessly again.

    If you can't try to connect it with a USB cable, please let me know.
