xbox won't sync to xbox live.

hey guys. so i'm having trouble with my xbox one. i updated it yesterday and now it won't sync to xbox live so none of my games will play. watch dogs sits at the press A to start screen. forza says it failed to load profile, fifa won't connect or load profile,
same with all my other games. it started after i updated to yesterday. i've tried the hold power button reset method and the unplug power brick for 2min method neither has worked, is there a way i can uninstall the update or at this point am i going to have
to do a factory restore? any help would be great guys. thanks.

Xbox controller won't sync

My Xbox controllers won't sync up with my xbox. We have tried everything and I mean everything to get it to work and nothing is working, they just won't sync.

Xbox won't sync to cloud

My new xbox won't sync with the cloud, my minecraft worlds won't sync yet they run fine on my old xbox. it pops up with a message saying that the xbox isnt finished syncing.

i forgot to mention apps seem to be working fine.

Hi Mistaken, Try doing a hard reset on your console by holding the power button down on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds plug back in and power back on and hopefully everything should
be back to normal.

Are you connected to Xbox Live, sometimes they won't sync until you're connected.

Thanks for reaching out here in Xbox Forums. I understand there is an issue with synching the controller to the Xbox Console. To help clarify:

Have you updated the controller on the Xbox console?
Have you tried a different controller?

If your sync button is having issues you can still sync controllers with a micro USB cable that supplies data.

I would try the controllers on another xbox as that should confirm the issue.

Then if in warranty contact for repair.

If not in warranty either sort a repair or if it was me just play with controller wired.
