Xbox wont stream to PC

    Xbox wont stream to PC


    When I click stream in the xbox app on windows, it says that the stream can't start because either the xbox app or the console aren't up to date. Both are up to date. Any suggestions?

    Streaming Fallout 4 to Windows 10 PC

    Has anyone else noticed that when you stream Fallout 4 to a Windows10 PC, that the XBOX controller attached via USB to the PC wont work in the game? is this a bug in the game? Forza 6 works fine as do my other games. Am I doing something wrong?

    Is there a program that works better than windows media player? I know Vuze does streaming to consoles but I dont want to use a torrent software. Anyone use anything they would like to share?

    If the drive is formatted as NTFS then to stream media to the 360 you will need to do it through your PC, it wont work directly.

    I load up BF Hardline on my Xbox... I go sit at my PC, the visuals are streamed through my network to my PC monitor, I plug the controller directly into my PC with the micro USB wire,

    Will also stream to tablets etc

    If there is lag.. I doubt it will be MS fault but your network specs .Dont expect the guys with the bare minimum 5/3 to enjoy this.. they wont

    @ O.P. So you are trying to connect your xbox360 to your laptop/pc. SO you want to stream movies/music to your xbox. What i did was download Microsoft Security Essentials, it opens all the ports you need for your pc/latop to stream to your xbox360. If you
    have a VIRUS protection on your pc/laptop already get rid of it. and then download microsoft. haaving two virus protection on one pc. they dont like that and wont play nice with each other. Or are you trying to connect your xbox to your directly into your

    maybe this would be a good feature to add to the xbox one, I mean being able to stream xbox one to PC over home network with no internet connection, but you would lose any online gaming features so they probs wont do it.
