    Xbox Won’t Stay On


    So starting yesterday, my not even one year old Xbox One S wont turn on. And this was out of no where. Im always super careful with it and now when I hit the power button, after roughly a minute, it turns itself off. I have tried looking up how to fix
    it but have not found what is happening to me. You can hear the fan turn on and then it stops, goes again for a couple seconds, then stops and the console shuts itself off. The controller will not even work. I have thought about calling for help but it is
    so weird that I am not even sure they could help me over the phone. So, this is my last try before I call. If someone could help me, that would be great

    I have an Xbox series 2 elite controller. That controller will not stay synced to the consul, and the charging port in the front is not working.

    And it will not pair with the Xbox. It won’t stay paired unless it’s plugged in.

    Hello!

    I would try disconnecting the power from the Xbox & the cable from the wall. Give it about 30 seconds, then reconnect and try powering it back on. If that doesn't work, I'm guessing most likely you're looking at a warranty repair/replacement.
