Xbox won't startup

    Xbox won't startup


    Yesterday i played COD Ghosts on xbox live normal.

    couple hours laters after i turned off my xbox, it will not startup again.

    I only get a black screen on my tv, both of my controllers will not connect with the xbox one

    I have tried to reset my console, and to plug out the cable's and few seconds later back in.

    Still black screen on my tv and can not play on my xbox one.

    Who can help me??

    Xbox won't startup.

    Hey there -

    Your games and purchases are tied to the Xbox Live account used to purchase them. So provided you were signed into Dapper Daniels when you made the purchases, you'll be able to recover your games after a factory reset. I would start with the factory reset
    option and if that doesn't help, move to the >>offline system update<< option.

    Xbox won't startup.

    My xbox one (original xbox one) will not start up correctly. It seems to be in the middle of a factory reset, but brings me to a troubleshoot screen. Error code E102 00000C12 8007045D pops up. Giving me the options to reset my xbox, turn xbox off, factory
    reset my xbox (says I will erase all accts, games, apps, ect), or offline update with usb device. I've already tried turning it off and resetting it, but those don't seem to work. I'm afraid to factory reset because I have a lot of games saved on my xbox
    and I would waste a lot of money if the games cannot be retrieved. Can anyone help?

    Xbox won't startup

    It seems as though many people are having this problem. I've just gotten my xbox one and right out of the box it won't startup at all Microsoft seems to have faulty models floating around and let's just say I am not a very happy customer at this point.

    Got an xbox one for the kids the *** wont start. Ruined the kids christmas pretty unhappy with microsoft right know.

    Me too.. got an Xbox One for Christmas.. won't read or recognise the discs! The console makes a strange "clunking" noise when we put a game disc in. Very disappointing for Christmas Day.. we have had tears Xbox won't startup :(((((((((((((((((

    (And then, no point downloading games (40 GB plus), only to have to exchange the faulty console, cause we'll go over our broadband usage limit.)

    Hey there Koen,

    Sorry to hear you are running into problems so early in this experience. As the console is new and you are running into these problems then the best option would be to simply have the console replaced. Most retailers will allow you to swap out the console
    being that it is giving you issues and it is so new. There would be no reason to have to send in the console for a repair.
