    xbox wont start


    when I push the xbox button it comes on and starts to make a clicking sound about 2 or 3 times and then it comes on the green startup screen and then it starts to make the clicking sound again and then stays on the green starup screen. ive used the offline
    diagnostics tool but it didn't wok

    Xbox wont start up.

    Xbox won't startup. Dc adapter is fine, looks like motherboard problem. No video, no sounds...

    Since offline diagnostics is a last resort (if all else fails), I believe you're best off sending your Xbox One back for repair through

    My xbox did the same thing after an update. I am extremely unsatisfied with the fact I have to pay $115 for a software issue created by Microsoft. I have been a long time Microsoft customer and to say I am disappointed is an understatement.

    I completely agree. I am disgusted by their response. Looking up possible fixes I have seen that this was a problem from day one for some people and it was never resolved. Now I'm out of waranty and gotta come out of pocket again??? Really MS??

    Nope, can't get to dashboard and it wont let me clear any failed updates, saying it can't read the update from my hard drive. Still giving me the same error code.
