    Xbox won't start...


    Hey ,

    i'm begging you to help me please,

    Since today , my xbox won't start... When i turn it on , it show the green screen with the xbox logo, and then , after something like 5 minutes , it turn off by itself...

    I've tried to unplug it and plug it again after a few minutes , but without success ...

    Does anyone know what to do ? :-(

    Xbox won't start...

    Try a factory reset.

    1. Press and hold the Xbox power button till fully off.

    2. Press and keep held both Bind and eject buttons.

    3. Press and hold power button wait for second power up chime and release all 3 buttons.

    4. From troubleshoot menu select reset console keeping all games and apps.

    May i know if you tried connecting your console to a different power outlet or if possible connect it in a different room / house?

    Also, what Xbox one do you have? The original with the external power brick?

    Which console is it? Xbox one, one s, or a one x?

    Do you have it connected to a surge protector?

    The newer consoles have built in surge protector and using an external one may cause issues.

    What model of 360 do you have?

    Is it the central green light or one of the quarter lights that flashes?

    Do you get any display on your TV?

    What colour is the LED on the power pack?
