Xbox wont start updates on my home wifi unless I wait several hours for it start but works...

My Xbox series X wont update any games on my home wifi network unless I wait several hours then it may finally start updating and not sit at 0% but if I switch to my hotspot it starts updating straight away. Why wont my Xbox update games on my main wifi? I’ve had this problem for a while. Sometimes if I switch to my hotspot then go back to wifi it will download but usually it takes hours on my wifi for the update to start whereas it’s instant when I switch to my hotspot. It doesn’t seem to want to start the update on my wifi.
