    Hi,

    This is quite normal as it seems that Xbox One still doesn't support HDMI-CEC.

    Hi juju,

    Have you made sure all connections are securely plugged in?

    If thats not the issue, you may have a bad HDMI cord, try switching it for a different one and see if that makes a difference.

    If that doesnt help, try all of the different HDMI ports on your TV, you may have a bad one.

    What do I do?

    None of these worked. The problem is that I can turn the Xbox on for a few seconds but it won’t boot up or send a signal to my TV. I’ve tried different HDMI cables, different TV’s and different outlets. The power indicator turns on and the fan starts to spin but then it suddenly stops and nothing happens on my TV screen.

    My xbox doesn't connect to the TV its been using for over a year, and turns itself off after exactly a minute(I timed it).

    Xsx a90j won’t recognize 4K 120

    The Xbox status I use is from the setting menu, not the game menu.

    Even before I start to launch any game, the Xbox won’t recognize the TV as 4K 120 capable. And that is weird.
