Xbox won't start due to connectivity problems

Crazy thing but my Xbox One will not start up on wireless network connectivity only when hardwired. Has anyone else experienced this? I have 2 consoles, Xbox One S and Xbox One X and both do the same thing. Turns on, green screen and then shuts down immediately,
anyone else encounter this problem

WiFi can lead to really unstable connections. Try using ethernet and if that doesn't work then check your internet speed, ISP, and also your server. The fact you are able to connect on mobile and PC says it could be your internet connection. Also check
the number of devices you're able to have on your internet. If it's two or less that's why you can't connect.

However, the Xbox itself should still start up without any connectivity. Can you connect it to ethernet and check all your settings. There might be a setting (which I've experienced before) where you will need to change the "Xbox startup only on wired
connection". Check it out and let us know what you come back with. Good luck.

Seeing as this isn't the first time I've had this problem, and recently, I'm going to have to operate under the assumption it's not due to the current service alert. Also, after the connection test fails, it lists everything as being up. It just won't let
me connect to it.

You've not been hacked, you're just having connection problems. Your service tag can be reset from time to time due to being knocked off the service. You haven't been hacked and won't be banned. You should look into your connection and see if it's in good
standing.

Try rebooting the network. Sometimes (not all the time) some devices won't connect due to IP address issues. Rebooting the network is a good place to start. Also make sure the ports for the xbox are set. Sometimes some routers need certain ports to allow
Xbox to connect correctly.
