    Hello all,

    After no issues for literally years my Xbox One X forced me to perform an update a couple of days ago 13/1/20. After this completed successfully, I was playing the Division 2 and after about 20 minutes the screen started flickering and the game running very
    slowly - like it was struggling with the processor. Shortly after the screen went blank and the console turned just turned off. After restarting I received an E102 message.

    I have followed guides online and eventually attempted to restore from a USB stick by downloading OSU1. This starts to progress but at random % crashes with E106. Now I am stuck in a loop of E106 and the Xbox is now unusable.

    I have read online that a potential issue is that the Xbox HDD has a newer version than the OSU1 I downloaded. This could be true if the online link has not been updated but not sure how I can check this.

    I am out of warranty with a replacement @ £230 so not sure how to proceed.

    Microsoft - I pretty sure the update caused this so irrespective of warranty can you assist?

    Community - Anybody found the same issue and have a way around this (even if it means taking things apart??)
