Xbox wont sign me in!

This has been a problem for about a year now, and it's happened again when it asks if my security info is "up to date" on a console I've played on for years!

Any time I hit either "Looks good" or "remind me later" is loads for a second.... then kicks me out to the dashboard and my account isn't signed in, and when I try to do anything on PC? "There's a temporary problem!" and NO error code, this has been going on for a YEAR! I've done anything and everything support told me to do; EVERYTHING! even deleting my account and adding it, but still nothing. and now my account isn't on my Xbox anymore and I can't even add it... What a great console.....

20 years of Xbox and still these problems happen...

and every support agent I call say they've NEVER had this problem before. Really seems like I'm the only one with this issue.

I see, please try the next, all together:

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update;

Click Check for Updates;

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too.

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for gaming services app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Then do the same for the Xbox app:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Now try sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your son's account

I'll recommend you do a power cycle to clear the system cache

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If that doesn't help, I'll suggest you try doing a factory reset keeping games and apps on your console. This will refresh the console and remove all potential bugs without deleting any game data.

- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

- Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

- Choose Keep Games and Apps

Once that is done, you'll need to sign into the console using your Microsoft account credentials. If the issue is with your console, that should fix it.

I am here with my son, i bought minecraft for him under my account. now every time my sons tries to log into any xbox game it does not allow him to log in under his account. that does not help him when he's trying to get in servers, get achievements etc.
