    Unplug all the cables from your Xbox. Put it on top of your head. Walk around the interior of your house saying "I wanna throw it" repeatedly. After you walk around twice, throw your Xbox towards the first couch/sofa you see. It should bounce off and the
    corner of the Xbox should hit the floor. If any parts break off, just put it back together. Plug it back up and it should work. This solution can only be used after you have chatted with Microsoft and tried every single solution. This has worked for me twice
    and I'm not lying. If it doesn't work for you, tell Sasuke to come find me when he is in search of power.

    Achievement app not working

    I beleive this issue is being looked at in the next update that is due, as i know they are working through a lot of the bugs with the achievments.

    Does your score here on xbox.com show correctly? It won't show the games played correctly, however your gamerscore 'should' be correct

    Currently there is no way to download movies or shows on the xbox, but because you purchased it on your Microsoft account you can download those episodes on a PC or laptop, You can then using an HDMI connect your computer to your TV and watch shows that
    way it's a bit of a work around solution.

    Hi Mister Beep,

    I tried troubleshooting as you mentioned. Here are the steps and how the Xbox reacted.

    Solution 1: Restart your console

    - Didn't work. The problem as mentioned in the original post persisted.

    Solution 2: Check your cable

    - The HDMI cable functions fine with my computer and the TV, so it's not the cable.

    Solution 3: Reset your console display settings

    - First off, the controller can't connect to the Xbox. The Guide button displays alternating opposite green lights as if attempting to connect, but does not connect to the console. Second, the right trigger/Y button didn't cause any response from the console
    either.

    Solution 4: Check your TV setup

    - The TV functions perfectly with all other devices (PC, Cable TV, etc)

    Solution 5: Try a lower screen resolution

    - Didn't work. Problem persisted.

    Solution 6: Try a different TV

    - Didn't work. Problem persisted.
