Xbox won't respond

Yesterday, I was playing "A Way Out" with my friend. Suddenly, both controllers we were using became unuseful, since even if we pressed ANY button the game would just be there, walking alone forever.

I tried to reset the Xbox and both controllers (a wireless and a wire one) but always when it turns on I can't do nothing.

Someone has any idea of what is the problem? Probably it has no connection with the controllers.

Obs: when I turn on the Wired controller it's light keeps turning on and off, while the wireless one keeps with it's light stable.

Today I was trying to make it works again, then I ended up controlling my Xbox through my mobile, but then the joystick and another buttons were randomly being pressed.

So, it looks like BOTH controllers, somehow, managed to send commands to my Xbox One every time

Are you saying that your issue is now resolved... or you're still having the same issues?

try unplugging the wired controller then turn on the Xbox to see if it still experiences the same issues.

when the lead for one of my wired controllers became damaged it gave me similar issues and I couldn't even sign in using my other controller.

if everything works as intended with the wired controller unplugged, you will either need to replace the controller, or if you are lucky, you might only need to replace the USB lead.
