XBOX WONT REFUND ME!!!!!!

So apparently if you havent owned the game for a certain amount of days (20?) and havent played it for more than 2 hours you can get a refund if you are not happy with the product.

THIS IS NOT TRUE!!!

The game CRASH TEAM RACING has just come out. Ive played it for 1 hour tops and Xbox are refusing to refund me!

So annoyed right now... One of thier selling points is their consumer friendly attitude but I guess thats all changing..

If xbox says you got refunded

You can confirm at https://accounts.microsoft.com

Then you got refunded

However as xbox says if it is refunded and issued on the website

Then it is issued however it id upto YOUR BANK to proccess the payment

If you dont live in the usa or you use paypal there is a waiting time

30-60days for international transactions depending on when their next batch proccessing date for international transactions take place

And 90 days for credit to return to your paypal as per their terms and conditions

This is due to costly computer time

Remember they arent carrying one card at a time they are carrying thousands at a time which can be 4-5 cards per customer

This cuts cost down

The requirements is that you have bought the game in the last 14 days and not played more than 2 hours. It is not gauranteed that you will receive a refund as there is a limit on the amount of refunds you can request in a 12 month cycle.

Sorry you feel that way, But if they are refusing there might be a reason example if you preordered the game that is classed as the ordering point of over 20 days.
