    So my little brother went to best buy to but a $15 Microsoft gift card but every time he clicks redeem i get the message code is no longer valid but no one used what do i do im not sure what would happen if i went for a refund

    why cant i redeem my xbox live gold membership

    im trying to redeem my sons 6 month xbox live gold gift card and it wont allow me to, tells me come to try again later it been over a week and it still wont lit me redeem it

    Xbox wont redeem my $15 gift card

    Double check account.microsoft.com to make sure the code did not reedem. Make sure you don't see the $15 in your account. If you still don't see the currency there what is the error code you get?
    It will appear as letters and numbers in the bottom right corner of the redeem box on xbox.com

    It's not an Xbox gift card it's a Steam gift card go on Steam and it'll work just fine

    Yes. I bought a Xbox live gold card from Walgreens. When I redeemed it I clicked on the ad that was advertising the $15 gift card if I signed up today. When I clicked on it there was a redeem code option. I clicked redeem code and redeemed it. After I did
    that a message popped up saying that I would receive the code for the $15 gift card within a month, and it's been almost 2 months and I never got it.
