    Xbox won’t recognize my gold account after76 update


    After the fallout 76 update my Xbox is not recognizing my gold account. It keeps telling me to pick the subscription that’s right for me. I checked and gold account is fine. I’ve unplugged and restarted but it takes me to the same page.

    Hello Four, try this procedure below.

    Xbox One reset keeping Games:

    Press the Xbox button to open the panel.

    Select system > system > console > system

    Select Reset console.

    Restore and maintain my games and apps.

    Rest assured, you won't miss games or saves

    Note - You need to know the email and passwords of your accounts when performing this reset.

    unfortunately you need to wait longer then an hour for the system to recognize there is an update, it usually happens overnight when the console is off.

    Turning auto updates on and expecting the updates to happen within an hour won’t work.
