    Xbox wont recognize me as owner


    So my dad bought me an Xbox one as a graduation present off of Craigslist last year and everything was working up until now where I cant play any of the downloaded games. I erased the previous owner's Profile when I got the Xbox. I tried everything, I tried
    redoing the Xbox home multiple times, I registered the Xbox under my name. All I can think of now is to reset the Console, but I don't what the erase everything on there. Any Advice?

    WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO NETFLIX!?

    was watching something it disconnected signed back in and netflix wont recognize me as a subscriber. works just fine on pc..... come on xbox.

    The games downloaded under the account of the previous owner can't be played by your account

    Only the account that purchased the games has the possibility to play or share those games

    And also I noticed when I connect it to the computer It blinks like the one thats happening in the xbox for 2 seconds then connects after windows recognize it.. I think the problem is that the xbox just wont recognize it.. which it did the last time..
