Xbox Won't Read Most Games ( IMPORTANT)

Before my post gets deleted , here me out . I've got the Xbox one recently and I bought new games , new games as in never opened and bought within the last month. So I try playing these games for the first time out of the package and it's either nothing
at all shows up on the Xbox

2. Your disk is dirty or damaged

3. Your game is corrupt

4. It starts to install but then says the disc is dirty or damaged

5. Error 80820008 (or something similar)

I'm a bit frustrated since I spent all those dollars on games but my Xbox can't read any .

These games include: Tekken 7(either doesn't read or is dirty)

Watch Dogs 2 ( never being read or shown up)

Dead By Daylight ( this game surprisingly installed and it's the only one that runs good)

Just Cause 3( dirty or damaged, tried installing twice but it stopped in the middle of the process)

Battlefield 1( same thing as just cause 3)

Digital copies work as all that I have downloaded as in demos and gold trial games work. I don't know why dead by daylight is the only one which works though

Edit: I've tried power cycling and that's how dead by daylight installed but for the others it doesn't make a difference and I've tried removing my account and reinstating one but that didn't help one bit

External Hard Drive Wont Show Up On Xbox

The most important thing is formatting the drive to read FAT32 files.

They may be using it a a Zune or games for windows account

If nothing of that helps and your Disc are new and not damaged / scratched your Console might need to gets repaired.

For that go to: devicesupport.microsoft.com and login with your Account. After that register your Console if you havent already done that, click on it, select the issue and follow the steps.
