Xbox won't read and install certain discs. Please help!

I currently own over a dozen Xbox One game discs. My Xbox will not read or install 2 of them (Crash Bandicoot and Dragonball Xenoverse 2). The discs are in perfect condition. I have tried pretty much everything suggested to me. I've clean the discs, tried
a different copy of the games, cleared my cache, factory reset my Xbox, made a new profile and removed my previous one, and even replaced my console and upgraded to an Xbox One S. The 2 games still won't read or install. To my knowledge, it doesn't seem to
be a problem with the discs, the account, or the console. I am completely lost and any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

Note: The games worked in the past. They stopped working a few months ago.

Some discs with time become unable to be read from usage or other factors. I suggest you to contact your retailer and try for a refund or a replacement.

Please try going to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and make sure that Enable BD Live is not checked. The click on Persistent Storage and clear it. Finally power cycle the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds till it shuts down. If this
does not work then the console may need to be repaired.

If the console is no longer reading discs then it may need to be sent in for a repair. You can set up a repair of the console via this link

In the meantime you could try holding the disc for a second after the console grabs it. This could force the console to read the disc. Please note though that this is not a recommended workaround as it may scratch your disc and doesn't solve the existing
issue.

Unfortunatley it still didn't work. But thank you for the suggestion. Somebody told me to try disconnecting from the WiFi, signing out, and going offline and try to install it. I'm going to give that a try. If it works, i'll post it.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
